Interesting fact: You probably don’t pay much attention to your eye blinking every day but are you aware that we blink on average an astounding 20,000 – 30,000 times a day? This averages to 1.5 hours of blinking each day! Blinking helps keep the eye lubricated and removes any dirt or debris. One study even found a neurological link to blinking, where blinking acts as a sort of reset for the brain which can be beneficial for retaining attention span and healthy vision.
